Ash has many used and is ideal for furniture and internal joinery projects. We have a good variety of stock, some clear white and also some with beautiful olive colouring. Good to machine and wonderful to work by hand, English Ash is a fantastic timber choice. The stock is through and through cut.

The timber is prime grade, though may contain some small knots, splits and shakes, these are measured out when bought waney edge and removed completely when sawn to size for planing.

We have milled a variety of thicknesses, including a small amount of 1″ but mainly 1.5″ up to 4″. Our aim being to try to cover everything that our customers may need for their projects and commissions.
